AI-generated summary of real customer reviews
Customers mention that BDO offers a high level of expertise, particularly for complex tax situations, with many praising the professionalism and responsiveness of staff like Stephanie and Karen. However, some express frustration with the phone system, noting difficulties in reaching a real person initially. Overall, while the rates may be higher than average, many feel that the quality of service justifies the cost.
