ZipAppointments™ Terms of Service ("Terms")

ipAppointments™ is an online appointment-booking platform that enables users in the United States to schedule and manage appointments with independent third-party businesses. We operate solely as a booking facilitator.

• We do not provide professional services.
• We do not control or guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, or outcomes of services offered by participating businesses.
• All bookings, interactions, and services are handled directly between you and the selected business.

By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Some features require account creation. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

COPPA Compliance: Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from creating an account or using the Services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

By using the Services, you authorize ZipAppointments™ to share only the information reasonably necessary to facilitate interactions with:

• Participating businesses
• Hosting partners
• Analytics providers
• Payment processors
• Customer support tools
• Other service providers essential to the functionality of the platform

We may also disclose information when required to comply with legal obligations such as subpoenas or government requests.

ZipAppointments™ does not sell personal data. Any sharing for analytics or performance optimization is conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

We do not manipulate reviews, incentivize positive feedback, or engage in conduct prohibited by Google’s Review policies.

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
• All risks associated with use of the Services remain solely with the user

ZipAppointments™ makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any outcomes associated with business services

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. After cancellation:

• Your access ends immediately
• Businesses may still retain appointment records per their policies
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Appointment cancellation rules are set solely by each business. Businesses may:

• Charge cancellation fees
• Require advance notice
• Enforce their own refund policies

ZipAppointments™ is not responsible for disputes, fees, or outcomes arising from cancellations or no-shows.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Interfere with platform operations
• Provide inaccurate or unauthorized information

Immediate termination may occur when necessary for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

Upon any termination

• Your access to Services ends
• We may retain necessary records for compliance or dispute resolution
• Businesses may retain appointment-related information under their own policies

Payments made to businesses are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in the business’s own policies. ZipAppointments™ does not guarantee or process refunds on behalf of businesses.

All platform content - including logos, designs, features, and software - is the property of ZipAppointments™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

Submitting content to the platform grants ZipAppointments™ a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Services.

ZipAppointments™ acts only as a platform provider, not as an agent, representative, partner, or affiliate of any participating business.

• We do not negotiate or guarantee pricing, availability, or service quality
• We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, payments, or service outcomes
• All obligations exist directly between the user and the business

Platform-related disputes (e.g., account access, functionality) are resolved through binding arbitration under U.S. law

Users must ensure all submitted content - including reviews, profile information, and messages - complies with all laws and does not violate third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant ZipAppointments™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it for purposes of operating the Services. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipAppointments™, its affiliates, officers, and employees from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of any third-party rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

All disputes related to the use of the Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except where small claims court applies. Arbitration includes a waiver of jury trial rights.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZipAppointments™ regarding the Services.

If any provision of these Terms (including provisions referencing the Privacy Policy or Agency Law) is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
